We are fortunate to have a large number of summer guests and scrapbookers who want to return to Clamshell Beach Resort each year!

We give the guests who were here in 2008, the first chance at reserving the same cabin for the same week in 2009. When guests check out, we ask them if they know what their vacation plans are going to be for the next year and ask them if they would like to tentatively reserve the same cabin for the same week for 2009. Therefore, you can make reservations up to 365 days in advance of your vacation!

The online availability we are showing right now indicates the cabins and weeks for people who said they were interested in coming back next year. We send out our deposit request forms in November for 2009 and have requested that people get us their deposit by December 1, 2008. This gives everyone a chance to check their schedules.

We do our best to juggle everyone's personal preferences to try to get them into their first choice of cabins and weeks.

Invariably, schedules change and our availability changes. We invite you to check our online availability often - we do our best to keep it updated.
